VIP service on international flights is only available to SPIEF members.
VIP service procedure on departure.
The passenger has to arrive at the VIP Lounge in advance .
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger goes to the check-in desk, where they follow the necessary procedure and check in their luggage, undergoes passport control and pre-flight inspection. After registration for the flight, the passenger stay on the territory of the VIP lounge, having the opportunity to use additional services.
After the announcement of the boarding to the flight, the VIP lounge employee accompanies the passenger to the board of his plane by an individual transport.
VIP service procedure on arrival.
After leaving the aircraft, the passenger meet the VIP lounge employee, who waits him with a sign " VIP ". After that, the passenger is delivered to the VIP lounge by individual transport.
If the passenger has the luggage, he hand over the tags to the VIP lounge employee.
While waiting for the luggage in the VIP lounge, the passenger can use the range of available services. The luggage is delivered directly to the VIP lounge.
After receiving the luggage, the passenger can use the services of a porter to his vehicle or order a taxi.
If you make an application less than 24 hours before the departure/arrival time, a fee of 5000 rubles/per passenger will be charged.
Making a change-canceling of the application.
Making a new application. If the application is canceled more than 3 hours before departure / arrival, the cost of the service is refunded, less than 3 hours - a penalty of 100%.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of an adult passenger price.
