The passenger or driver must contact the employee 30 minutes before arrival at the airport by phone: +7 861 219-12-00, +7 861 219 12 57. An employee meets the passenger at the entrance to the terminal with a Fast Track sign (if a name plate is not ordered).
The exact meeting point and time will be communicated in advance. An employee escorts the passenger to the check-in desk. The check-in procedure for the flight and baggage handling takes place on a priority basis. Then the passenger, accompanied by an airport employee, goes through an accelerated pre-flight screening procedure at a separate control point. Upon completion of all pre-flight procedures, the passenger is escorted to the exit
landing.
Upon arrival, an airport employee meets the passenger at the aircraft ladder and accompanies them to the terminal in a separate vehicle. Passengers must approach the employee on their own and introduce themselves.
Then the passenger independently goes to the baggage claim belt and to the exit from the terminal.
