The VIP lounge is located in the left wing of the new terminal. There is a separate entrance at the end of the building.
To drive to the VIP lounge, you must contact a staff member 10 minutes before arrival by phone: +7 4212 26-30-55, and provide the make and license plate number of the vehicle. Access to the airport terminal area is possible through the 1st checkpoint barrier for public transport.
Departure Procedure
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure due to flight check-in closing 40 minutes prior.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and checks baggage, then proceeds to the VIP lounge.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before departure. VIP lounge passengers are transported to the aircraft boarding stairs via separate transport.
Arrival Procedure
Passengers are met at the aircraft. An agent will be waiting at the aircraft boarding stairs with a "VIP" sign on a minibus. The passenger must approach the agent, state their surname, and hand over their baggage claim tags. The agent transports passengers to the VIP lounge via separate transport. The passenger's baggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge; children over 2 years old are charged 50% of the adult fare.
