The CIP hall is located in the Aulie-Ata Airport Complex.
The passenger must arrive at the Aulie-Ata Airport Complex no later than 20 minutes before the departure time of the flight.
The passenger can be accepted for service in the CIP lounge no earlier than 2 (two) hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival, the passenger should go to the entrance to the terminal independently or accompanied by a CIP lounge employee (agent and/or baggage handler), subject to a preliminary request for a meeting at the entrance to the terminal building.
If the passenger needs to be met at the entrance to the building of the Centralized Passenger Terminal, then the passenger or the person accompanying him must make a phone call to the dispatcher of the CIP hall by phone: 8 7262 54-26-00 or 8775-474-99-00 (operational phone), 5-10 minutes before the entrance to the terminal, inform the passenger about the arrival at the airport.
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before departure.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in their luggage, then settles in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the service fee. The VIP lounge has its own security control point, passport, customs and migration control points. After the announcement of the start of boarding, the staff will take the passenger to the aircraft ramp on a separate transport.
Arrival procedure
The passenger's meeting takes place on board the aircraft. The agent will be waiting with a sign "SIR" or a personal one is requested additionally at the aircraft ramp on the minibus. To receive luggage, the passenger hands over the baggage tags to the CIP lounge employee, the passenger waits for the delivery and receipt of luggage in the CIP lounge. The VIP lounge has its own passport and customs control points, so the passenger goes through all flight procedures individually and on an expedited basis. The passenger spends the time before baggage collection in a comfortable waiting room. The staff receives the luggage independently according to the passenger's baggage receipts and delivers it to the VIP lounge or to the parking lot.
The time spent in the VIP lounge is no more than 2 hours. Every subsequent hour is paid additionally according to the tariff - 5000 rubles.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the fare of an adult passenger.
