The VIP lounge has a separate entrance, which is located on the left side of the domestic terminal. The VIP lounge is an individual room for VIP persons.
Departure procedure:
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure, due to the end of check-in 40 minutes before departure.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger must check in for the flight and check in their luggage. After check-in for the flight, the passenger is invited to stay in the VIP lounge.
Bar services are not included in the service price and are paid for by the passenger themselves.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before departure. Passengers of the business lounge are transported to the aircraft ramp in a separate minibus.
Arrival procedure:
An employee of the VIP lounge greets the passenger at the exit from the teletrap in the terminal. The passenger must be notified about the ordered service, approach the Agent on their own and give their last name and flight number. In the case of remote aircraft parking, the passenger is expected at the ramp and escorted to the terminal on a separate transport.
The passenger spends the time before baggage collection in a comfortable room. The passenger receives the baggage independently.
The time spent in the VIP lounge is no more than 3 hours. The following service hour is 10477 rubles/hour/passenger. Parking service is charged additionally 6600 rub./day
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2-12 at the adult rate.
